At first we couldn't duplicate anything without crashing, but after updating the firmware to the latest version everything went much better. If there was a problem of duplicating cheap Chinese discs with our logo, we would always fail. In the end I managed to get it working if the SOURCE disk was of better quality but same size. Then we could duplicate as many cheap discs as we wanted. So make sure your original drive works, then you can probably duplicate it over a larger area. I spent an hour with tech support diagnosing the latest issue and they were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and the communication was very clear. Didn't expect this kind of support. Would recommend StarTech for all of that alone. Definitely recommend the product.
