Good quality for the price. Durable, the mesh will not bend when hand washed. Washes well in the dishwasher. If you're considering a purchase, just do it. I made lemon curd last week and it took me 5 minutes to strain it with a hand strainer. I got tired of using two hands: one to hold the bowl of cottage cheese for pouring, and the other to shake the strainer and pour small portions at a time. Then I bought this filter from 3 packs. I made lemon curd again this week, used a medium strainer over a bowl, poured all at once and was ready in 10 seconds. Strain the lemon zest well. A small price to pay for efficiency. The smallest strainer is perfect for my jars of fished lemon seeds. Doesn't catch broken tea leaves (like my hand strainer), but I'll live.
