Looks like an exact replica but is slightly different from OEM
The valve stem shape differs from the OEM valve shape and the grip (at least on my 2003 400 quad) is not as tight as the OEM, the epoxy filler needed for a tight fit. Otherwise everything fits and works perfectly.
