Does everything you need. If you're looking at that, it's because you don't need a SAS setup for some reason. I installed it in my home server cage and it is used to store all my backup drives connected via USB 3.0. Suitable for (very) shallow racks and reasonably quiet, but that shouldn't matter as it's unlikely to be used in a quiet environment. Allows offline positioning when rack mounting is not desired. It's not cheap, but there are very few alternatives, and most of them are more expensive.
