There are no instructions or manuals for it so be prepared to watch some videos to learn how to use it. However, the videos I could find used a much better tool than this one. I wasn't impressed. I used the same methods as the best tool and really got enough pellets on my felt. Not easy to use. He assembled my test piece enough for me to flip it, but from then on I went back to using my hands and skating.
