First the good - the mount is excellent. I use it for a 38" ultra wide monitor (LG 38GN950C) and can certainly recommend it for those big and bulky monitors. The factory packaging did not have enough spring tension to hold the monitor. the manual doesn't mention how. Set up is correct, it moves as it floats and stays where you put it. Since then it has been sold as a wall mount that bolts to a wall stud with two heavy duty hex head screws. The screw heads rest in recesses molded into the mount and a cosmetic plastic cover snaps shut to cover the screw head. The problem is that the perimeter of the formed recess is so close to the head of the bolt that there are no sockets, no wrenches, no pliers, no vise, nothing to fully tighten the bolt impossible I put 4 washers under each bolt, to raise the head above the recess, ch means that the plastic caps do not fit and the screws are visible. If you plan ahead you might find an Allen screw, a smaller screw, or some other solution that is more elegant than what I did. Ultimately, the visibility of the screw heads during installation doesn't bother me much, so everything stays as it is.
