Review on Akebono ACT1258 ProACT Ultra Premium Ceramic by Vincent Hurst

Ideal for Mazda CX9 2009 AWD. The original pads have survived 81,000 miles without making noise or fading, even when towing an RV in the mountains. The originals produced very little dust and virtually no rotor wear - impressive! I wanted to replace a pad with similar specs but without the price of genuine Mazda parts. That's all! Not the cheapest but performance was excellent including towing. Braking performance, stability and dustiness were on par with original Mazda brake pads. Edit 01/10/2019: 28,000 miles driven - significantly less than original Mazda pads (same driver / everything the same)
