The best thing about bigparser is that it has an option for sharing files in public forums, which makes collaboration very easy! It's also free (which I love!). Sometimes when searching through documents using keywords there are some results returned where they have misspelled words/phrases but not all searches will return these errors so this can be frustrating at times. As with any cloud-based service, make sure your internet connection speed meets their minimum requirements otherwise performance could suffer greatly. We use big parser as our main document management tool - we store most of our internal documentation here along side other key information such as project plans etc. This means access anywhere from home via mobile devices to office computers and even remote desktop connections too.
