I like that it has an option for a simple monthly subscription or you can pay annually if your budget allows. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive. It also doesn't require much technical knowledge which makes training really quick and painless. There are so many different ways to do almost everything with this system. You could spend hours trying to figure out how something works but in just one click it's done! If you're looking into purchasing an online tool that will streamline your church life then Act 246 might be a good solution. We have used Act 246 to keep track of all our volunteers' information (i.e. contact info, phone numbers etc.) as well as their availability during certain times throughout the year. This helps us plan ministry trips/events around available resources.
