Review on Winco Cutting Board 1 Inch White by Sherrill Jensen

Like some other reviewers, I didn't buy it to use as a cutting board. I needed a 1 inch thick piece of plastic to seal under the car battery. This item was a lot cheaper (and easier to find) than buying raw plastic of this thickness. I cut it out on a table saw and it works great for what I needed. I'm sure it will work as a cutting board. Really very durable. If, like me, you're buying for other purposes, there's one small thing to note. Thickness varies slightly. The edges were 1 inch, but one side was VERY slightly hollow, about 0.045 inch thinner towards the center. No big deal and you'll probably never realize it's a cutting board. But if you want a piece of plastic that is exactly 1 inch thick in some applications, this can be a problem.
