INSTALLATION NOTES (Hell!)

First: CONTACTS (heat/cool mode) DO IT AUTOMATICALLY. I couldn't get the thing to heat. Apparently, when you set any temperature, the device automatically activates (closes) the corresponding relay. (There is no "normally closed" connection. They are both open until they close) ON button (top left) - hold down (this turns the device on and off). )UP/DOWN (arrows)SET THIS TANG!: Press and HOLD SET (3 seconds)/then UP ARROW. (This arrow will scroll through the different parameters you can adjust.) When on the parameter you want to adjust: PRESS S (The parameter will FLASH) Now use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the temperature. The POWER button now fixes this. The "S" KEY will take you back to where you re-selected the various options. the amount of oscillation of "on" you want) Pt = PROTECTION (compressor on-delay etc.) CA = CALIBRATION CF = CELCIUS OR FAHRENHEIT (selectable) As I said, I couldn't directly select this point or force heat- Mode. When I EXCEED/LOWER THE ACTUAL ROOM(SENSOR)TEMPERATURE. It automatically closes the corresponding HEAT/COOL relay. (You will see the indicated indicator light up). SHIT!

Pros
  • πŸ”†πŸ”†Toggle between cooling and heating mode, temperature calibration.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
