I bought it in July 2020. It was working a few days ago and then it just stopped. I emailed them and they responded same day asking for purchase information. .I sent it in the next day and got a reply this morning.They sent me a replacement free of charge. Anything can break or cause a problem. How a company solves problems is the most important thing, at least for me. I work on the computer and use a lot of details. I had some parts that didn't last and had to be replaced. It's no good waiting a week or three for a decision when they say "it's not covered," sucks. Apevia's prompt response and resolution is one of the best if not the best I've ever received.
