Review on Spectre Performance Air Intake Kit: High Performance Horsepower and Torque Boost for 2005-2011 TOYOTA Tacoma (SPE-9962) by Brandon Grzankowski

As this is my first time installing an air intake, it took me just over 45 minutes. The tube is a straight metal tube and has all the necessary rubber grommets, the only thing is that I had to use a couple of screws from the original (not sure if I lost some of them but it worked fine). The installation was easy despite my first time, although the instruction pictures are dark and difficult to see, but enough to make it difficult to see. Despite all that I honestly can't find anything wrong with this intake, in my opinion it's a cheaper version of the K&N and as it's an open intake the sound combined with the custom exhaust is great. All told, I get about 200 miles on half a tank of gas in Hawaii, which has a lot of streetlights and not a lot of open roads for speed.
