When the filter arrived it did not look like the picture. it was not marked as a genuine Hoover part as advertised. Instead, it looked like a fake. But it seemed to work and I didn't want to mess with the return. After reading other reviews I decided to contact Revain. They reimbursed me for the filter. After a negative seller rating (Total Vac), Total Vac contacted me and sent me a new original filter. Apparently the seller has 2 options for selling on Revain. Total Vac sent Revain universal filters for shipping (they should not be sold as original). Total Vac is also supplied directly (these are original filters). Total Vac has stopped shipping Revain universal filters, but Revain should still have some in stock. So buyers beware! You may not receive what you ordered.
