Dangerous Slippery Feet - But There's a Cheap Fix

Aside from the slippery foot issue, this ladder appears to be well built and functional. But it seems unfair to me that the manufacturer hasn't addressed this yet, and I suspect it hasn't been sued enough. It's almost lethal on a tile floor and borderline on wood or smooth concrete. But instead of dealing with Revain's current return policy (at the moment I'm waiting 3 weeks for refunds which they say ship within 7 days), I found a cheap solution that FAST fixes the problem. I removed the hard plastic feet from the stair tread (each held in place with a single screw) and replaced them with 7/8 inch rubber feet as shown in the photo - a total cost of a few dollars. I say this "most of the time" fixes the problem, since standing on the top step and shifting your weight too far to that side can still cause other feet to slip, but still, you should check the rubber tabs on the side as well Level eight security on your part should help.
