The holes are pretty accurate; Maybe my router isn't entirely rigid, causing slight inconsistencies. Saved me time and inspired me to create more innovative designs using waveguides routed through 1.5" thick speaker walls and using Jasper holes as round cap guides. I install the driver on the back in a carefully spaced notch to allow for gradual expansion after using the 1" and 1.25" rounds with the second (15A) router. I think this is the best way to buy the polycarbonate version.
