Total waste of money. Firstly it's not 5ft as the packaging says, it's 3. The description says 39in, the packaging says 5ft. But it doesn't matter because it won't fit down the drain. The collar just behind the brush is too wide to fit through the drain hole. in a vise and squeeze to make it smaller. Then the cable is not stiff enough to push it through the first bend in the pipe. It will only go a few inches. Which is also good because the handle came loose in my hand making it difficult to pull it out. Failed on all levels. Don't waste money.
