Total waste of money. Firstly it's not 5ft as the packaging says, it's 3. The description says 39in, the packaging says 5ft. But it doesn't matter because it won't fit down the drain. The collar just behind the brush is too wide to fit through the drain hole. in a vise and squeeze to make it smaller. Then the cable is not stiff enough to push it through the first bend in the pipe. Well I actually bought this brush to clean the inside of my pellet stove but as I didn't want to turn it off for an hour I used it to clean mine dryer vent. for the first time in 8 years. This brush does what it's supposed to. I pulled some lint out of the vent pipe and then started looking where the trap went. There is also a lot of fluff. Who designs these things? I received three different types, Revain B01H4APEF4 and B01H4APG98, and all three had serious design issues. It's a flexible metal cable in a plastic sleeve, and where the sleeve ends there is a metal band to clamp it in place. This strip has a protruding edge and if you try to pull the snake back it will stick to the joints in the pipe and won't come out.
