Review on ☕️ OXO Brew Pour-Over Coffee Maker: Easy Brewing with Integrated Water Tank by Maria Skim

Free up space on my counter!

I decided to ditch my Keurig and free up counter space. I also find that the pods are expensive and Keurig doesn't make very good coffee. I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I was looking for an alternative to an electric drip coffee maker. In doing so, I came across Presses, Chemex, Bodum and many others. I like all OXO products, they seem to test their products well and they are well made so I went with this one. After brewing a few cups of delicious coffee, here are my impressions. WHAT OXO BREW DIDN'T DO:1 The filter didn't wrinkle or crumble in an odd way after water went through it2 The bottom didn't get into my coffee mug3 When I removed the device from the mug, no coffee came out on my counter because the lid was like a drip tray can be used (and didn't drip onto the floor when I put the used flour/filter in the bin). I didn't leave the coffee grounds in the filter dry (water distribution was good)5 The coffee didn't come out weak 6 It didn't take long to brew7 It wasn't difficult, cumbersome or cumbersome to use8 It didn't consume electricity9 It wasn't difficult to clean10 It didn't take up space on the counter and hides well in it I'm very happy with this minimalistic product that gets the job done and I'm willing to donate to Keurig! I later bought a Bolio hemp filter (reusable) and it works great (see pic ), it fits perfectly in OXO Brew (especially when it gets wet). Now, disposable filters are no longer required.

Pros
  • 2 different hole sizes automatically adjust water distribution for optimal brewing time
Cons
  • Long time
