Probably a good silencer but the instructions were written by a person who doesn't speak English and has never tried to put it up. For example, page 1 refers three times to "see. Timer on Page 2” while "Timer” is on the first page. The setup is very complicated and the "buttons" are so small I had to use a magnifying glass to clarify. The "screen" that shows the days and hours of protection and the rest of the setup process is tiny. I had to take a picture and zoom in to see where I was standing. The "Reset" key is not a key that can be pressed. After about an hour of trying to set it up, the power went out. I turn the article over.
