I'm a tech lover and one of the early adopters of robot vacuums. My last one was just bouncing around, randomly backing out and crashing into something. It was great, vacuuming was fun and it was revolutionary at the time. I really wanted a robot vacuum with an automatic dustbin, but I didn't want to pay the ridiculous price that some competitors were charging for this feature. So I started looking. Fast forward to Neabot. I backed the project after finding it on Kickstarter and couldn't wait to see it take on my older, more popular robot vacuum cleaner. I'm glad I did! Naboth is amazing. He first outlines the area to be vacuumed and then systematically cleans it with nice straight lines. I LOVE how it attaches to the rug! A few days after getting my first Neabot, I realized I needed one for the top floor too, so I bought it from Revain. I had a lot of fun exploring the options and there have already been several app and firmware updates. The Neabot team is very responsive to customer feedback. After the robot maps the space during the first run, you can edit your home's map to add zones. These zones are very handy and can tell the robot not to go to a certain place or that an area needs a more thorough cleaning. No more photocells or magnetic tapes ruining your beautiful home! You can also use zones to set up a cleaning schedule. Maybe one area only needs vacuuming once a week while others need vacuuming every day? No problem. The nice thing is that when the robot runs out of power, it comes back, charges up, and then stops cleaning. You can also set the do not disturb time when the robot will stop cleaning if it is not finished yet. I really like this funny little robot!
