The best thing about home base was that it helped us to track our customers' appointments for billing purposes. There were times when we couldn't access the app because of poor internet connection or lack of power supply at my parents place. Sometimes I had issues with sending appointment reminders due to the email not being delivered in time. It would be great if they could have an option where there can be two way communication available so that patient's relatives who are staying away from their homes can also feel connected to them via this mode. This saved me trouble tracking my patients during office hours.
