Review on Rough Country 2014 2018 Suspension 62100 by Bart Schwalbe

Zero stars for poor customer service. I bought it for my 2018 Renegade. Installed the front and was very happy. When we started assembling the rears, we were missing the parts. This is why my jeep is not running because it is obvious that the rest of the things are needed for safe driving. I didn't have to call every store in town to find parts to complete the job. I paid to get a full package but due to missing parts I ended up with an incomplete and unwieldy vehicle. I called hard country to let them know and they didn't seem to care that I didn't receive the full kit/package. I had a "come on, shit happens" attitude. It is better to buy the Daystar or Avid Lift Kit as you are guaranteed a complete package and great customer service. I was hoping to be one of the first to introduce cross-country suspension to my jeep groups that I'm in, but I'll be sure to let my fellow jeeps know I won't be recommending this kit . Very disappointed and unhappy.
