Worked great on my '97 Jeep Wrangler. No way will it fall. 7 screws on the frame keep it in place. It took about 2 hours to install and it wasn't that bad. I was a little worried about how difficult it would be to drill the holes. It wasn't as bad as I expected. Although the metal you need to drill is quite thick, it is quite soft and easy to drill. There was enough space to install a drill for drilling holes. I think the worst part was removing the three existing screws on the driver's side. I had to spray some penetrating lube to unscrew them. Here are a few installed pictures.
