I like that you can adjust your schedule easily, so it's not too difficult if there are any changes in hours or shifts (there were some days when we worked 12 hour shift). You have to be organized with all this information because it takes time to learn how everything works. This was very helpful since my first day at work I knew what every patient needed. It helped me organize myself better into more effective working habits. Also being able to see who else has booked their appointments helps keep everyone productive!
