I like that it allows me access through my mobile device, so i can see all patient information at any given time without having go back into our office or computer system! Also love how easy they make scheduling patients appointments as well as doctor visits with just one click!! It would be nice if their was more options available when booking services outside your insurance plan (i know this may not always apply) but overall its been great since we switched over almost 2 years ago now.…

I like that you can adjust your schedule easily, so it's not too difficult if there are any changes in hours or shifts (there were some days when we worked 12 hour shift). You have to be organized with all this information because it takes time to learn how everything works. This was very helpful since my first day at work I knew what every patient needed. It helped me organize myself better into more effective working habits. Also being able to see who else has booked their appointments helps…
