It has helped us in managing our Hospital operations, it's user friendly interface helps me manage my team as well! The best thing I like about this tool its cloud-based system which makes easy access over phone or internet anytime anywhere. This platform provides great support by their customer care executive who guides you through every step to use your system effectively. In short what i can say that they are very good with all kind of queries regarding product usage & troubleshooting issues. At present we have used only few features but not much yet because there are so many options available here even new ones keep coming up everyday. We need more training courses/webinars etc. As per now no real problems found except some minor bugs related to UI design (like font size should be increased)which was easily resolved using Google Chrome browser extensions. Overall experience is pretty awesome considering how.
