Review on artnaturals Argan Oil Leave-In Conditioner - 12 Fl Oz / 355ml - Organic & Natural - All Hair Types – Treatment for Damaged, Dry, Color Treated Hair & Hair Loss by Teresa Jones

I loved her shampoo and conditioner. I know they changed the formula last year but I recently opened a bottle I bought in January 2018 and it had the same ingredient list as my previous great bottle. Apparently the formula was changed before the bottle was changed and now I have to find another shampoo. But I was running low on leave-in conditioner, so I carefully compared the ingredients and bought them because they were exactly the same. Imagine my surprise today when the bottle I received is completely different from the one on the listing (not that surprised actually). In the old bottle the second ingredient was ginger, in the new one it was butylene glycol. See my photo. The old bottle says "No parabens, no sulfates". The new one says "Cruelty Free, Vegan". I think it's pretty cruel to send someone something they didn't buy. I don't know enough about weird hair care chemicals to know if the new formula contains parabens or sulfates and to be honest I haven't tried this new formula so I can't comment on it. But if it sucks like what they did with their shampoo, I'm not happy. It used to be so good.
