These trays have made grilling a lot easier for our family. No more running into the house to wash the pan or baking sheet. The red color of raw meat makes it easy to distinguish, and when empty it serves as a good prop under the black meat serving tray. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and thickness of these bowls. I thought they would be a hassle to store, but embedding that perfectly matches existing cookie cutters actually simplifies the process. Guests don't have to worry about freshly squeezed juices contaminating their food, so everyone is happy. It's an item you don't know you need until you have it. Have fun grilling!
