It's terrible for oral care

I bought this as my first night sign to grind my teeth at night. That's the most uncomfortable. I bought oral b 1 at work tonight, they are as different as day and night.

Pros

DOUBLE SIDED: Unlike most other mouth guards, our mouth guards are double sided which allows for both the top and bottom of your teeth to be cushioned and protected. This means that you only have to wear one mouthguard instead of two.
