It definitely connects PWM fans and RGB connectors. If you're looking for something that gives you good control over your RGB and doesn't just work as a standalone device, this isn't it. Did my first RGB build a few months ago only to realize that finding an RGB controller can be a bit of a hassle lol. If you're not looking for a hub that just shares connections but one that offers actual control, the Corsair RGB controller is good and cheap, or if you have the money the Aquacomputer Octo should be really good.
