Review on Group Benefit Services by Jack Bhowmik

We have used this company for about 5 years now. The customer service from all employees are great! They really care about their customers and do what they can to make sure we get everything taken care of when it comes to benefits. I don't think there's anything bad i could say about them. Great Company!! Nothing at all! They take good care of us as well as any other big organization would. My only problem was how long it took them to pay out my claim once approved. It usually takes over 60 days or so before getting paid back. But they were very helpful throughout the process and made things work smoothly.
