First of all the delivery was very fast, 2 days even though I'm in their neighboring state. I have had very good experiences with this form. I greased the mold with vegetable oil. (Paint it with a makeup sponge.) I've found that it helps to connect the wing nut and bolts first, then insert them into the side slots and tighten. I install the wick (home made) with molding putty. I was excited to see that the mold can sit upright after you fill it with wax. There are no leaks at all! Removing the mold was easy, just lift one half from the top while it's lying then gently flip it over to reveal the other half. I will definitely be checking out their other products and new arrivals.
