This is a well designed, well built and solid hitch. I bought a 6000 lb trailer hitch. and 400-600 pounds. Pull rod weight, but Husky seems to use the same stem, head and brackets for all Center Line TS hitches. So with the rallies (2 inches by 2 15/16 feet) and spring bars this thing should be able to handle up to 12,000 pounds! The instructions are great and the installation is easy except for tightening the screws. Don't underestimate the challenge of tightening a bolt at 360 ft. lbs. This requires a special torque wrench and sockets, which are hard to find and expensive. Despite excellent instructions and materials, Husky showed me a curve with the hardware. 1 1/8" to tighten the two main bolts in the coupling head, but after almost rounding off the nuts I realized the nuts are actually 1 1/16" and the bolt heads are 1 1/8". This necessitated another trip to the hardware store for another outlet - very frustrating! The moral of the story is to check the dimensions of the hardware to make sure you have the right tool and a torque wrench that can handle 360 ft-lbs. Otherwise a quality product a few miles I will write another review.
