Don't waste your money and time! I had a really bad knotted knot that I was trying to untie for at least a month and it only got worse that month so I bought this stuff and it only helped a little and after hours of work it didn't help. something on the bad part of the knot and tons of hair broke off. BUT then I tried soaking it in apple cider vinegar and using Cowboy Magic Horse Detangler and it came out in literally 5 minutes!
