I am very picky about what I eat or drink and usually get bored or tired of the taste within two weeks. This one is different. It's really tasty! Free from chalk and artificial sweeteners, it's filling and doesn't cause gastrointestinal upset. I drank one of these shakes twice a day (as a meal replacement) and lost a total of 20 pounds without further adjustment. I love the whey shake! The soy shake doesn't taste as good, but it's still better than other protein running shoes I've tried. If you're looking for a meal replacement shake, be sure to try this one!
