On August 31st, 2022, I looked up the locations of Samsung service centers near me on their website. I discovered a service where the phone is sent in for repair via courier. As a result, Samsung had the phone serviced at a location in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly argue with Samsung's support service and provide evidence that a pixel on the screen had been damaged, despite the fact that the warranty on my phone only extended for a year from the date of purchase. Two weeks later, they finally delivered me a phone, but the back cover was broken, and I had to verify once again that I had a problem before they would fix it.
