I would like to say one thing about this monitor

I just received this monitor today and going from a 60Hz monitor to a 144Hz monitor was a great decision. You can immediately notice that it looks much smoother just by moving your mouse pointer. However, I would like to point out one thing about this monitor that needs to be pointed out in case anyone else runs into this issue. I set up the monitor and the display port was connected to both my monitor and the GTX 1070 graphics card and the monitor would not output a signal. To get the signal I had to use HDMI, that's not the cable you use to get 144hz. So I decided to reconnect the displayport to the monitor while HDMI was plugged in and when I manually select the displayport to input into the monitor I got a signal but it didn't show any of my programs or icons and it seemed that way to behave Extension of my first monitor (although I only had this monitor connected) for my computer. I think this happened to me because I had two monitors before, but I was using a TV as my second display and the TV was connected to my motherboard via HDMI and not my graphics card as 1070s usually have an HDMI port which my main monitor was busy. So if you're facing the same problem as me, just connect the HDMI port and display to your monitor and computer and open "Screen Resolution" in Windows (I have Windows 8 so I right-clicked on the Main display clicked and "Screen resolution" selected "). Then simply make the second display the primary display, which should receive the signal through the Displayport. You can disable HDMI completely after that once this is complete. Apart from this issue was the monitor excellent after some color and brightness adjustments. Playing CSGO without tearing is a whole new experience and I highly recommend switching to anything above 120Hz. I hope my solution to the problem I'm having helps others who are struggling looking for a solution why the display port is not outputting a signal, hooray!
