It was a little smaller than I expected but there was good light. It appears to be made for the seatpost but I was able to rotate the light and attach it to my bag which I have on the rear rack. You can also tilt the light if you need to adjust the angle. The flashlights arrived charged and ready to use, and they also come with a very short charging cord so you'll probably want to use your own. You can turn the light on permanently or choose from 3 flashing options. It's easy to turn it on and off, as well as remove the bike for charging. This makes me a little more visible when it's not very bright.
