First of all, please understand that this is not a ballistic helmet; However, it is a great sports helmet. The outer shell and the inner hard foam shell offer excellent impact and fall protection. Easily adjustable within a specific size range. The chin strap is a little tricky to tighten when worn as the rubber O-ring at the end of the strap sticks to the webbing of the strap (a small slider would be a better design choice). Side ear pads have removable foam inserts for extra warmth that reduces water/wind ingress. The overall design, materials and finish are very good. I would buy it again and recommend it to others.
