Less than two years have passed and the emissions have not passed.

I have about 10,000 miles on this cat in my 1988 VW Vanagon and just went to check its emissions and although I drove it for 20 minutes on the Autobahn and made sure it was hot during the test was he failed HC at 2500rpm and CO at idle and almost failed at 2500rpm.
