Review on Ninja CFN601 Espresso & Coffee Barista System, Single-Serve Coffee & Nespresso Capsule Compatible, 12-Cup Carafe, Built-In Frother, Espresso, Cappuccino & Latte Maker, Black & Stainless Steel by Seth Waldron

Perhaps I've become spoiled by the perfection of the "gold" brew setting on my Breville. I was hoping this Ninja would be a great all-in-one replacement for my coffee and espresso needs but no dice for a coffee snob. The Ninja is a jack of all trades but master of none. Brew functions are extremely limited with the Ninja. This may not be in issue if they had nailed a single brew function but I found the standard coffee brew to be lacking in taste and overcooked on the burner. The espresso brew is similarly okay but not great. The brewer does look nice and has neat storage for measuring spoons and accessories. I can' say who I would recommend this brewer to. If you are not a coffee hobbyist/enthusiast, then you are not likely interested in a complex multifunction machine. If you are a coffee enthusiast, then you will not likely be happy with a simple hot brewed cup of coffee on this machine. With that said, I would not recommend this machine.
