Arrived quickly but not packaged, just a transparent zipped bag that was too small for the ice trays so it wasn't even locked. I bought this item as a gift but it doesn't look like new without the proper packaging. The gift recipient will think I just got them from the kitchen. This is from China. what else did I expect. I decided to try them myself as many reviews say they don't turn out like the picture. In fact, each of them came pretty close to the depiction. The point is to push down the top and bottom shells as much as possible before filling. It takes patience. And maybe once in the freezer put something on top with a weight so they don't separate. Filling the funnel wasn't difficult at all, it just requires patience again. The ball turned out amazing and looks so cool in a drink! The gem turned out to be beautiful, but it doesn't look impressive in a glass of water, just an oddly shaped ice cube. Cube and hexagon turned out quite well too, although the lids really don't fit and aren't really needed either. In general, not a bad product for such a price, but not a very good gift because it has no packaging.
