The features and functionality of the product is easy to use and navigate. The support is excellent and very responsive. The product is very easy to use, especially for first time users. The support staff is great with any questions or issues that arise. I have used this software for over a year and have found no problems or issues. I have used other software and can say that this one is better and easier to navigate. The customer service is superb. I have to say that this is one of the best products that I have used. The software has given me the ability to do much more with my customer database. I have been able to utilize all of the features and am able to pull the correct customers. I have been able to build my customer database and grow it. I like that it is easy enought to use but also has all of our marketing materials in 1 spot! It's not as customizable or user friendly when compared with other products we've used before so far nothing at this time - just trying out new tools/services!! We are working towards increasing sales through digital campaigns such as social media advertising. This tool helps us track everything from website visits & leads generated via online ads (Facebook).
