Review on Function Point by Keith Alvord

I love how flexible this program can be for our team! It's easy enough that we have been able achieve success right outta "the box". The ability with multiple clients in one place makes tracking progress very simple as well!! There isn't much i dislike about FP - yet ;) If there were anything better than what was already included (such an intuitive layout), then perhaps they could add another module or two? We use functions like Production Planning & Budgeting so having these features would help greatly when planning projects/projects within those functional areas too :) Great tool if you're looking into agile / lean methods such has scrum etc.
