Terrible support. It is highly recommended not to purchase it through Revain.
Support is only available through their dealer - in this case Revain. I have tried their support via chats and emails and they are just clueless. Hours are wasted repeating yourself to people who have no idea what they are doing. They can't contact Victron directly and Revane is just completely clueless.
