Bought 12v by mistake had to return it for 24v Cost $130 shipping and $277? equals $357. I wish I had known that before sending it back. Skipped 24v and just bought a 48v system, same price, better efficiency.

It must have Bluetooth for easy setup. You need to buy adapters to set it up. Technical support is not included if you buy this online. You need to find someone to help you set up or use YouTube. I had to buy it from Battle Born

Support is only available through their dealer - in this case Revain. I have tried their support via chats and emails and they are just clueless. Hours are wasted repeating yourself to people who have no idea what they are doing. They can't contact Victron directly and Revane is just completely clueless.

I bought them because of the voltage range. I have nickel iron batteries and my battery can safely fluctuate between 8V and 20V. This is the inverter that comes closest to utilizing the full range. The impulse ability is great. I had saws and compressors and my lights didn't even flicker. I have 2 that I want to set up for 2 phase power which was another big request.

The undervoltage trip can be configured anywhere, but the minimum voltage to restart the inverter after an undervoltage trip is fixed at one volt above the trip voltage.
