Car mount polarity problem
My Rider 400 charges on my motorcycle mount but not on this car mount. After reading the reviews I compared the voltages and found the same reverse polarity problem on the car mount pins. I opened up the device, swapped the solder connections on the back of the contacts, and now the device is charging. I can't believe Tom Tom is releasing units like this. Not happy I had to do that to get it working.
