I like that it's easy enough so non-technical people can use them without having technical help from other employees who are more experienced with these systems in mind - which helps keep costs down! It works well but sometimes you have issues where there isn't an immediate answer when asked about what happens if something goes wrong during running of program (like not being able/allowed access). This has been resolved by implementing additional checks into programs before they run allowing us greater control over how our system operates than previously had we only relied upon those initial answers given at start up time etc..
