Not worth the money
I wanted to love this I really did but the truth is that I don't I'm short only 4"11 and I expected there to be a way to make adjustments so my height wouldn't hinder the workout however nothing felt right nothing worked the way it should I felt like there was no difference that holding a broom vs holding the bar with the ropes attached there was no resistance I'm sad to say but this will be being returned
